Please close this bug. I realized this was my error with deactivating
the camera. So it is no longer valid.

On Ubuntu 22.04, the web camera does not work. It worked previously
until about a week ago, after a few operating system updates. One of the
updates may have broken the camera functionality.
In apps like web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) the camera does not
work in Google
