recommend using the dirty workarround I write to "save" one of my
production server while no patch are currently doing the job and issuing

Random crashes, that require pressing the power button to force power off.

Can do a nested ESXi 7.0+ (and start VMs on top of it) with kernel 5.15.
No longer works with kernel 6.2 (haven’t tried with 5.19).
Can’t even virtualize ESXi 8.0: this host supports AMD-V, but the AMD-V
implementation is incompatible

When tuntap interfaces are slaves of a bonding interface, arp monitoring
is unusable.
This is fixed upstream with commit a31d27fbed5d ("tun: fix bonding
active backup with arp monitoring"). It will be included in linux v5.16.

Update:
4 hours running Ubuntu 20.04.3 with monitor On, but not using it (using
only the notebook display) not crashing at all.
It appears to crash only, when are changes in the External monitor
image.

UPDATE:
3 hours running windows 10 -> no problem.
2 hours running Ubuntu 20.04.2 -> No problem
40 minutes running Ubuntu 20.04.3 -> Start crashing.
Id think is not a Hardware problem. All it show its something in 20.04.3
updates/upgrades.
