I have not been running Ubuntu on this machine so can't say if it works on any earlier version. I verified that the problem is still there with mainline kernel v4.9-rc7. After this problem happens it is not possible to unmount the drive so I am not able to reboot the machine properly. After a pow

Public bug reported: I get a general protection fault when removing a lot of files from an hfsplus partition. Most of the times a reboot solves the problem but with one directory I now get the error all the time. sudo rm -rf myrepos/ Segmentation fault (core dumped) Looking at the kernel logs I
