I've been seeing this issue for almost a year now on an Asus Ultrabook (Core i5, 4GB RAM, SSD). I installed and ran 13.04 until two weeks ago, when I in-place upgraded to 13.10 (not a re-install). I've been seeing kswapd go crazy anywhere between weekly and daily, inevitably forcing a reboot ever
