This is related to #2098670 on 6.11 HWE that has been confirmed, but has
lowered priority.
If any of you could try HWE kernel on Noble and report results there it
would be nice.
Workaround: downgrading to 6.8.0-49-generic prevent
~benjaminwheeler is assigned to the 6.11 bug.

Main screen becomes sluggish after wake up
Status in linux-meta-
The last working version is 6.8.0-49.49, however, 6.8 line symptoms are
as on my other bug 2093268 - there's picture, very laggy and high
utilisation of kworker thread. On 6.11 line the image on main screen is
gone.
In both second 4K HDMI screen works, with little lags to interaction

`apport-collect` doesn't seem to do the job it's intended for in this
case.
I'm rebooting back to working kernel - reproducing the problem takes
about 12h since reboot, so if you need more data it's going to take us
weeks circling back and forth.
I'm little disappointed it's marked as low importa

Main screen
After main screen goes into "sluggish/IRQ spam" mode, I can close the
lid and work normally... until system goes to sleep. Unlock screen
doesn't go back on the HDMI screen. Opening lid does nothing.
Fiddling with Ctrl+Alt+Fx let me move to the console with a HUGE lag,
where I can log in and `sudo
