No network connectivity with ke
I know I need to upload apport files, but I can't figure out how to run
apport-collect with the saved file above. Apport-collect defaults to the
older kernel with internet connectivity.

Boot hangs temporarily, then there is no network connectivity after boot
is complete. Problem occurs with all downstream versions of kernel 5.8.
Loading older kernels at grub allows for a completely successful boot.
