This is a regression from kernel 3.12 and 3.13 onwards (i can't
reproduce the 'failed to get NCQ Send/Recv Log Emask 0x1' in kernel
3.11 on samsung 840 ssd). I think those ncq changes upstream make some
spotty ssd's firmware's go nuts, like samsung (which for example has ncq
disabled for their macb
Please consider reverting this decision, especially now that Ubuntu has
thermald in repos which is taylored for use with intel pstate.
