Btw. the same thing happens if the laptop is in suspend, both if suspend
is triggered manually or automatically if its running on battery power.
The only difference: In suspend the power LED is slowly blinking. But it
can not "wake up".

I did a "sudo apt dist-upgrade" and I reboot my computer. After that was
like my Wi-Fi device was damaged. I booted through the older kernel and
the problem wasn't there.
