cloud-init enabled on Bionic running 4.15.0-24.
Testing with the 4.15.0-26-generic kernel in -proposed _DOES_ fix the

Well, this is to be expected as the postinst script will only change the
target of the symlink if the architecture is ppc64EL and not ppc64LE (
EL != LE).
Now if both are interchangeable (I must admit my ignorance of this
architecture), I don't mind fixing the script to apply to both EL an

I had similar issue with kernel 4.8.0-42. No Network connectivity after
boot, even screen resolution was stuck in 4:3.
Had to go back on 4.8.0-41 and run 'sudo apt-get install linux-generic'
that fixed everything
