I have tried every available iwlwifi that loads and they all have the
problem.
1) Boot with some version
2) Suspend
3) Resume and check if it works
4) Move /lib/firmware-Qu-c0-hr-b0-.ucode that was loaded out of
/lib/firmware
5) Reboot and go back to 2)

1) It has not worked before for me at all, I have only had this laptop for a
short while
2) I'll post that after work, I don't have the laptop here. There are no real
errors, just that the RFKILL bit is set post-suspend/resume
