Sorry, I made a mistake.
The cause wasn't the keyboard, but the mouse. I did an easy test.
I unplugged keyboard, but was something detected in jstest-gtk. I plugged
keyboard and then unplugged the mouse and it was gone from jstest-gtk.

I'm not sure this problem occurs in releases prior to 13.10.
This problem still exists in 3.16-rc1
