I really hate intermittent bugs. The previous two times (before just now) that I turned the AV receiver & TV back on, everything reverted to normal (VGA-0 off, HDMI-0 on at 1920x1080 60 hz at 0x0, DVI-D-0 offset to 1920x0). However, just now, turning the AV receiver & TV on resulted in: VGA-0 on
