[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1992696] [NEW] Realtek USB 802.11ac + Bluetooth 5.0 Fails wifi Network function

Public bug reported: I plug in this usb wifi 802.11ac + Bluetooth 5.0 Realtek adaptor and I get no networking from it. I also have a wireless N adapter on usb as well. This was pretty much the same behavior since 20.04. I haven't been able to use this adaptor for wifi for quite a while. I h
