Video lockup is reproducible.
This may not be a kernel issue. Switching to wayland display server
doesn't lock up this way.

country= line in its wpa_supplicant.conf file before starting the
service. Perhaps netplan's 'wifis' section could grow the ability to add

After booting to the OS, user is unable to create namespaces by running "ndctl
create-namespace". Even by using flags such as -f or -e, the operation is not
successful.
I am not aware of ipmctl being approved as a management tool for nvdimm-n (yet?)

I took the xps15 from tai. The kernel is already upgraded to 4.4.0-62.
I tested it with PHILIPS 288PL6 4K monitor and cannot reproduce the issue.
Connected the monitor via HDMI and Type-C (to HDMI) ports and both works well.

Test again and can not reproduce this issue.

1. install oem image
2. sudo apt-get update and dist-upgrade to kernel version as following

Once in a long while when I bring my laptop out of sleep, the wifi fails
to connect. I don't see any obvious issues except that the kernel log
shows that the wifi link is not ready.
When I removed and reinserted iwlwifi, the network came up as expected.

System can suspend/resume by close/open led successfully.
If a external monitor is connected, close led is not able to trigger
