Patch #179 no longer works with kernel 5.10.1, because pinctrl-amd.c has
already been patched with the current kernel version and GLITCH has been
changed.
My touchpad MSFT0001: 00 04F3: 3140 still worked up to 5.10-rc7 with #179.
This is th new code for GLITCH:

Apparently there was a similar problem with the 4.19 kernel, but with
the Intel CPU, which was then solved with the following patch.

Forget everything up to now - it is a kernel bug that has been known since
January of this year and for which there has been a fix since then.
I can't say why it hasn't been included in the kernel so far.

We're talking about the Lenovo Legion-5 15ARH05 with the MSFT0001: 00 04F3:

Yo
Right, it affects all MSFT touchpads.
At the moment there is nothing for MSFT - we will have to be very patient and
hope, that someone can find a driver for it.

Just repeat again - the fix works where an incorrect driver is detected.
However, no driver is found at all for the LEGION 5 and the touchpad is

I am a Manjaro developer and we have kernels 4.4 / 4.9 / 4.14 / 4.19 / 5.4 /

The touchpad doesn't work with one of the kernels.
