I made a workaround for this. That is basically just disable tso.
This fix persists across boots.
Copy the following script and save it as /etc/systemd/system/disable-
tso@enp0s25.service

[Unit]
Description=Disable TSO for %i
BindsTo=sys-subsyst
Is this going to be fixed in 16.04?
