[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1410700] [NEW] package linux-image-3.16.0-29-generic (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 128

Public bug reported: My packages have broken due to ttf mscorefonts, which i have attempted to remove via apt-get. However software updater and install is no longer working and I have a no entry sign in the top right of the menu bar. It says use apt-get in the terminal window or right click menu
