Public bug reported: On my laptop, a Lenovo B570, I had issues mounting a hard drive with BTRFS partition through USB using the 3.13.0-35-generic kernel. I booted the system with 3.13.0-34-generic kernel and it seems to work, so this is like a regression. Relevant areas of syslog: Aug 29 21:25:0
