The issue started happening as soon as I started using the bluetooth
dongle on this laptop some days ago.
I have tested with latest upstream kernel, both lowlatency and generic,
and the issue is still there: it even happens sooner, just after I
reboot the laptop, no need to enter sleep mode.
So,
Public bug reported:
Each time the laptop awakes from a suspended state the bluetooth dongle
will stop working, and I see this error on system logs:
