Hi,
I have a problem with establishing connections when using the synproxy module.
The problem occurs when a closed connection in a TIME_WAIT state exists in the
conntrack and a client tries to connect using the same quadruplet as before.

I can also report that it happens with barely any load on the CPU and
50% RAM usage. So it does not seem to be tied to high CPU usage.

I have the same issue. Mostly, the touchpad works great, no issues, but
then at times, it becomes laggy, having a delay, so it is not
responsive, and I can feel it being sluggish moving the cursor around
and definitely losing the precision.

Thanks, this apparently solved the problem.
I had to pin Font DPI down to 96 though, because the proprietary driver
sets DPI must too high, which let to giant letters and a mismatch
between applications respecting the DPI and those using a fixed 96 DPI
anyway.

I did the tests with the three mentioned kernels and I also did an
additional test with Ubuntu 20.10 (the file system there is ZFS, but
that doesn't make that much of a difference). Every kernel aside the one
from Ubuntu 20.10 crashed somewhere in the boot process. You'll find all

I was able to boot from SATA without reinstallation in Parallels and
I'll try the PPAs later.

Doesn't boot with HDMI plugged in, when plugged later it works normally.

On my main computer with Geforce 330M I have a background that's 1x
screen res and I haven't been getting the corrupted background. I just

System freezes when starting Xorg after installing linux-

I verified again that it is not X. The hang also occurs when booting
into multi-user.target and even after purging X.org.

I can confirm the issue on a Lenovo T470s. However, it runs 16.04 LTS,
but with the same kernel package.
Disabling lightdm (and thus startup of X does not fix the issue here,
but the rest is identical.

Take your time. I'm incredibly thankful that somebody is taking care of
this. This bug already cost me a substantial amount of time and so far I
