freeze after updating to new
I reproduced the problem by starting into the kernel version 6.8.0-45.
It happened at Sept, 11th approximately 23:30.
So, I collected the logs (after having restarted in 6.5.0-45) from with that
time stamp using the following command (just the auth* logs are skipped):
sudo grep -lH --exclude=auth
Here are the logs announced in my previous post.

So, it seems, it is not related to linux-signed-hwe.
But the behavior is really very similar as described above.

I have an equal behavior but for Ubuntu 24.04.
So, it seems to be kernel version related.
Starts happening just after the last update some days ago (turned the
machine off for two days and only today on again).
I will try to add the logs via apport-collect.

I'm not sure when this starts to happen, but it was some 4-5 weeks ago.
Normally, I do system updates on a regularly basis every time I'm using the
machine. Before it works quite well always.
I guess, it was with the August update of the kernel, when it starts to
happening.

I regularly encounter a bug some seconds after waking up from hibernation.
Nothing works anymore. Going to terminal mode (Ctrl-Alt-1 to 4) shows a black
screen. Going back to X mode (Ctrl-Alt-7) does not work either.
After that, only pwoer off and a restart helps.
