I've got the FHD XPS 13 and am pleased to note that the upgrade to 3.8.0-30-generic that I got this morning has fixed this - I now longer have to pass 0 to /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness on boot/resume to adjust the brightness. Thanks for the fix. -- You received this bug notifi
