BIOS update was not the fix. About half of "wake from sleep" results in
crash. Reverted back to 6.6 kernel.

X570S AORUS ELITE AX BIOS update from f7 to f9b (released July 11,2024)
may have fixed this issue (2 successful resumes so far...). I will
monitor for next few days and report back.

This issue persists in the 6.11 rc3 kernel and in the 6.10.5 kernel and
thus I still must to use the 6.6.42 kernel to avoid crashes.

After hibernating (to disk) and resuming, the utime/stime info in
/proc//stat files for every process (started from before the system
hibernated as well as newly started ones) will not update. That would

can attach pactl output for both the good and bad states if it would
help. When is issue occurs, aplay -l shows the problem device and

Thanks for the response. What version of memtest did you run and how
long did you have to run it? You ended up having a bad stick of ram? Did
you have to test each one individually?

Also happening on a Dell Precision 5520. Works fine without doc. Screen
goes black and system locks up after login if docked. Cold boot is only
option.
