I'm also having a similar issues, I have a xps 9360 with the killer 1535
board running on ubuntu 16.10. The weird part with my case is that I'm
unable to make new requests while the existing ones keep working fine
(like a download or a hangouts/skype call, they never drop).
Example, when browsing
Antonio, could you please test if bluetooth works when using Fn keys
(disable/enable wi-fi)? Mine works when I do that.

Me too Ican notice a great improvement by updating OTA13.
Many thanks fo make my phone being able to:
-pair immediantly with in-car hands free kac bt200.
-downloading and sync contacts phonebooks. I can also browse contacts from my
car dissplay controller, and start a call too.

Using the keyboard to switch off wireless activates BT adapter. In my
case, even not activating it again, the wifi is on and both (BT and
wifi) works as expected. Except I cannot receive files from my phone,
only send (that is a separate issue, I think).

OTA 13 update:
BT MICRO 06 "in ear" handsfree device works correctly. (no music, indeed, but
personally i don't care).
it is possible to start/close a call, to answer an incoming one without
touching the phone.
