No it does not, tried to go from 1500 to 9000 and then to 1300 and 1000. No change at all. Only if i start TX from the LAN interface, then RX is working as expected. I have found workaround to get LAN working. On Ubuntu kernel 5.11.0-18-generic if i boot up system and log in - LAN is not working correctly - CRC errors etc. If laptop is put into hibernate (save to swap partition), then turned on and system state restored from hibernation, LAN adapter is working

Can you please try to Hibernate your laptop to disk, then start it again and test the LAN connection?
