I am sensing the issue is recognizing the DMI to be able to switch headphone
when needed.
So here is the DMIDecode output while running 18.04 kernel 4.18.0-15
I also have it captured while running 19.04 kernel 5.0.0-25 if needed

End of Apport files from previous working version tested today to confirm using
Rythmbox with Pulse ogg audio and both internal and headphone worked
simultaneously so
assume the automatic switch introduced the current error.
Rebooting back to Ubuntu 19.04 and 5.0.0-25 kernel with headphone error
