Public bug reported: Starting with kernel 6.5 the external Bluetooth USB dongle based on Realtek stop working. This issue occurs on either UBuntu 22.04, 23.10 and 24.04 when kernel version is > 6.5. On a lower kernel version it works as we were using it for almost 2 years without issues. Version
