I found the solution. Problem is in Intel Graphics. To fix we need add
kernel parameter i915.enable_psr=0 in grub.
sudo nano /etc/default/grub
change string GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT. Need to be:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_psr=0"
then:
sudo update-grub
sudo reboot
Now it hapened on the kernel 5.19.0-38. Happened 10 minutes after I
started the laptop which was in sleep mode.

when I am watching video on youtube or local player. It began from the
kernel 5.19.0-40. In 5.19.0-39 problem is absent. I have checked
