my problem solved.
I think google chrome cause this freezing and I Untick "use hardware
acceleration when available" , Disable "GPU Rasterization".
after that my system did not freeze

I had installed Ubuntu 17.10 on a spare partition and updating it daily
my system freezes frequently It does not respond to any key presses like Ctrl
