I got hit too... This is a Precision 5520; had to revert kernel to 5.3.0-19-generic to boot system. I see segfaults in /dev/mapper/control and /dev/pts/ptmx when I'm dropped to initramfs shell. My /etc/fstab is empty. /dev doesn't contain any device files of my hard drive. -- You received this
