Recently installed Mint 22.1 Cinnamon 6.4.6 Kernel 6.8.0-51-generic onto
a 2015 MacBook Air and getting the same issue. Somewhat new to linux,

The pkey modules are there in the rootfs, but not in initramfs. Please make
sure, that they are also included in initramfs, at least if the rootfs
partition is encrypted with dm-crypt.

Verified on ubuntu 25.04, linux-image-6.14.0-24-generic. The module hmac_s390
is loaded, selftests passes without any error, tcrypt (mode=102-105) passes
without any error.

Sorry for the delay, I have just uploaded two apport-collects, one for
6.8.0-60 and one for working kernel 6.8.0-52.
For the 6.8.0-60 upload, the machine had suffered the issue and lost
