If you edit /etc/default/grub and add
"nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=0 pcie_aspm=off pcie_port_pm=off"
after "quiet splash" to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=, save, then run
"sudo update-grub" and reboot, and leave it overnight, does the problem

Update: I continued to remain crash-free with the 6.8.0-31-generic
kernel for the 9 days I was using it. On Feb 5, I accidentally booted
into the 6.8.0-52-generic kernel, and 4 days later, the kernel crashed
again. I am now fairly convinced that there is some change between
version 31 and version 5
lol I am not trying to fix o tweak them. I am reporting a
malfunction With a car I go to the mechanics and ask him to fix it.

To add to this, I did a fresh install of the Ubuntu Desktop, no lubuntu. I got
the same issues with Wifi working on and off, and bluetooth not working.
