riscv64 EDK 2 crashes in KVM based emulati
The faulting instruction seems to be a floating point instruction:
fcvt.d.w fa5,a5
TlsInitialize () calls return RandomSeed (NULL, 0) which calls OpenSSL.
openssl/crypto/rand/rand_meth.obj contains the problematic instruction.
When I comment out the RandomSeed() call, the crash vanishes.

I reproduced the problem by starting into the kernel version 6.8.0-45.
It happened at Sept, 11th approximately 23:30.
So, I collected the logs (after having restarted in 6.5.0-45) from with that
time stamp using the following command (just the auth* logs are skipped):
sudo grep -lH --exclude=auth
