I have the same issue with an AMD EPYC 9334 32-core processor.
The Problem appears with an upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04.4., already with live
ubuntu from a bootstick. Ubuntu 22.04.3 works fine.
A fresh install (without updates on OS install) of 22.04.3 runs without
problems. After the 1st apt upgrade

(Nearly) Fresh install on a Ubuntu server 22.04.4 LTS, motherboard Asus Pro
Q670M-C-CSM. Kernel is 5.15.0-97-generic
The "pci=noaer" grub patch does the job, but I’d rather not put the dust under
the carpet ;-)

On Monday we're supposed to release this. This feedback would have been crucial
1-2 weeks before.
Plus, we already started the next releases..
I'll try to prioritize this, but it's very late to be included in the
