I did some more testing, this seems to fix the mic issue, add the following
line of code (note different subsystem ID compared to above):
SND_PCI_QUIRK(0x17aa, 0x3815, "Lenovo IdeaPad 310", CXT_FIXUP_STEREO_DMIC)
I did compile the module and overwritten the file inside the kernel
folder. After re
I encountered the same issue with an Anker USB-C hub+ethernet using the
same chipset:
