I see that the error "amdgpu: Move buffer fallback to memcpy
unavailable" comes from drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/amdgpu_ttm.c. I
downloaded the Ubuntu source code for 5.19.0-35 and compiled with the
amdgpu_ttm.c from the Linux 5.19 snapshot on github. This eliminated the
error and my Kaveri machine
I am using Kubuntu 20.10 on a Toshiba Z20T-C-140 and this bug still
exists.
Any way I can help to solve this issue by providing logfiles?
It would be a shame not being able to use this laptop because of this
old bug.

I can confirm that disabling PSR fixes the problem on my laptop (see bug
#2008053). Thanks a lot to @vanvugt for suggesting the workaround. When
