5.19.0-35-generic is broken.

This does not affect the jammy kernel (5.15), so adding that is
misleading. When it's fixed in kinetic, hwe-5.19 in jammy will get the
fix automatically.

R9 290 here, HDMI audio output disappeared after updating to 5.19.0-35,
loaded 5.19.0-32 and it's working again.
