I am removing the tags, since ubuntu-drivers-common already has a fix
for this in the queue (not a bug in the actual drivers), and we need to
move on with this SRU, and proceed with the next driver update.

Issue is still observed even after removing tg3 driver by using "rmmod tg3".
Please find the serial logs of the efforts.

During ubuntu update linux-firmware waits the next version in *.27 which
does not exist !!!
I find the package linux-firmware in *.29 version but not in *.27 or
*.28 and the system waits only in *.27 not other.
I try to remove the linux-firmware to reinstalling it.
