I'll upload the latest 5.11.x kernel to a lts-mainline-previous PPA, and
longterm 5.10.x kernels to lts-mainline-longterm.
5.10.35 will be available here:

@Koba,
I have tried kernel 5.10.0-1025lpv1912057g. After boot cat
/sys/bus/pci/devices/\:58\:00.0/d3cold_allowed showed "0".
After suspend/resume the power consumption is higher. ASPM is disabled for
Nvme. I have attached dmesg.
** Attachment added: "dmesg-koba-5.10.0-1025lpv1912057g.txt"
** Description changed:
Description:
During run-time, the kernel can be notified of new/latent errors in two
different ways:
If an application trips over a latent/unknown error, and if the system has
machine check recovery, then we will be notified via the mce handler, and the
app

Even 5.10 series is affected. I'm on 20.04 and was installing 5.10
series. Now I'm stuck on 5.10.32 because 5.10.33 requires new version of
libc6.

@Koba,
Thanks for your help.
I have tried the kernel from #55.
sudo cat /sys/bus/pci/devices/\:58\:00.0/d3cold_allowed showed "0".
The suspend & resume did end up in a freeze. I have attached dmesg (journalctl
-k -b -1 on next boot).
Just as a note I saw the power consumption during suspend
** Description changed:
- I use an IR remote with the ir-keytable package. Everything was working
- fine until kernel 5.8.0-49 was automatically installed by Software
- Updater on Ubuntu 20.04.2. When any key is pressed on the remote, the
- key is repeated about 500 times. The kernel is now 5.8
