A friend could identify the issue and repeat that on Kubuntu 20.04. The reason seems to be the filesystem on sd-card. With FAT32 there is no problem, but bigger cards - beginning with 64GB - use exFAT. After sudo apt-get install exfat-utils the issue is gone :) I see this as a bug. The filesyste
