Yesterday I went to this bug on Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS with all updates and without

4.15 boots to the first 4 lines before kernel

I'm getting this too. It is after a crash in the popup notification. I
click "send" on the dialog asking to send an error report, then I get

I think I am suffering from a related bug.
Asrock X370 Taichi, BIOS 5.10 (2018-12-21).
Ryzen 5 2600X.
Radeon RX 580.
Ubuntu 18.04.02 (HWE). I tested with kernel 4.15 and 4.18, no difference.
