Thanks for all the work everyone put into developing this, Vladimir in
particular. The acpi=noirq work around is working here. I wanted to
add, along with the scaling and the reboot fail issues, I also was not
able to run ubiquity. The installer would crash giving me
freedesktop.org errors.

I'm counting with the idea that this 4.13.0-34 is the new one, not the
old one I had. I hope it is.
Just booted and PCIe wireless is working. uname-r gives

Nevermind I installed libssl1.1 by adding the bionic rep, however right
before I could reinstall the kernel the system entered in read-only
mode. I'm gonna try to enter and install the new kernel in some way.

I have done some further testing and now I can report that resume from
hibernation works for me with 4.15 mainline kernels. Only that my X11
session crashes upon resume from hibernation because of a segmentation
fault in libinput.so. It seems that this crash in X11 is not related to
this bug.

linux-firmware for bionic has been rebased onto upstream commit
2aa2ac2e9c09f09b0cfb6fc320c1e2d281530fa0 and now includes this merge.
Changing status to fix committed, I will be uploading a new linux-
firmware for bionic soon.
