USB 3.0 hub, it is not recognized. 'sudo lsusb -v' causes the drive to
be recognized and I can mount it. If I disconnect the drive, wait a few
seconds

The fix was included on Zesty kernel 4.10.0-22.24, the netboot installer
is loading 4.10.0-19, which is probably the GA kernel. I'm trying to
find some sort of daily netboot build so it can be tested with the
latest kernel.
