Hi tjiagoM,
I'm sorry but I'm running only windows on it for the moment as I had to use for
work, now is a too busy period to start playing on it again.
As soon as I can I will but it might take a while.
Anyway if you have the exact same laptop (with I5 processor) and latest

I would like to say two things I discovered meanwhile regarding this
issue, with the same laptop that I also have:
- I tested with upstream kernel (4.10 rc7 [1]) and the laptop booted as
a charm. @fireantology can you test with this new kernel, please? I
think you did with 4.9 and there is a new o
So, it seems that in the upstream kernel the physical rotation is

However, the screen is not rotated automatically nor any clue that
something happened is shown in the screen, as we would expe

I forgot to mention something in the original report (it happens in both
the kernels):
I discovered that when I plug my electric wire when the battery is not
full, the icon of charging appears. However, when it gets to the 100%,
the charging icon disappears again.

Hi,
I tested the upstream kernel and why some keys are now working, others
don't.
So, in a nutshell:
FN+F2 (activate flight mode?) - It seems it is working now, at least I see
wireless and bluetooth turning off/on. However, if I do the following: press it

Leann,
While the problem is in ppc64-cpu command, it appears the fix is in a
set of kernel patches. Can you have the kernel team take a look at
these. Thanks.

The bug is assigned to the linux package, so the kernel team should probably
be looking at it.

Correction: the hang reproduced by the previous shell script is actually being
fixed separately. These commits fix various other problems with NVMe drives and

All fine in 4.4.0-31.
Installed 4.4.0-32 and scrolling worked fine, *but* none of the external
ports I use worked, no USB or hdmi.
I don't ever recall being offered 4.4.0-32 via the normal updates.
