I've identified the kernel from where this issue occurred at first time
its kernel 4.3 and after looking the above link i still cant get the
exact meaning of bisection or how to bisect a kernel...

Ubuntu GNOME boots to black screen when using proprietary
I had the same issue on my Asus N552VX laptop. Installing 367.27 from
nvidia-367 worked fine after running prime-select intel but prime-select
nvidia would lead to the login loop issue people have noted here. Once
logged in via the intel graphics option nvidia-settings wouldn't load.

Have yet to see a 90 sec boot delay since removing the .desktop
autostart file.
