The system is starting when i use the 4.4.0-21-generic (recovery mode)
It doesnt start when i choose 4.4.0-21-generic
I only see a blue screen when i would start with 4.4.0-21-generic
4.2.0-34-generic is working fine

Might be a better idea, to use an old kernel instead of blacklisting. At least
for me, blacklisting the radeon driver leads to high temperatures and battery
drain, beause the ATI card runs in high performance mode.
I'm currently doing a bisect to nail down the commit which introduced this bug

Suspension does not work, freezes the pc

Exact issue on my laptop too (Lenovo Y40-80). Updated from 14.04 to
16.04 yesterday, and when I used to close the lid before, the laptop
used to go to suspend mode, and wake up whenever I opened the lid again.
However, after upgrading to 16.04, if I close the lid, the screen just
turns back (while
