Indeed, commit 7af024a did not hit the bug. I'm testing up to commit
c8c38b3 now. It's the last change in drivers/hv, so it should be the
commit that introduced the regression.
If it does not hit the bug, I'll have to bisect further up the tree.

2) run pm-suspend
3) Wake up the laptop
After a few seconds the CPU fan spins up to max speed and it don't slows down
