When transferring large files over wifi using the BCM4331 the wifi hangs
randomly. echo 1 > reset in /sys... hangs the system. I tried using the

Thanks. I found the update in question. (It seems that some HP BIOS
updates install on Linux, and others require Windows; luckily I had a
dual-boot setup available to install it.)

Hello,
I executed all the steps on my laptop, an didn't receive any error's but
I'm not sure if this fixed it, that deleting and having the system recreate
my sources list fixed the problem. I have had some problems with that as
well. Something got corrupted during an update or something.
