Public bug reported:
This bug happens everytime I install something. Is 3.13 a new version of
the kernel? It seems to be broken. Also, if I boot up into this version
through advanced options for Ubuntu from GRUB, it fails. I can boot from
3.11 or 3.12 I can't remember which one it is.
