I am experiencing the same problem on my 13" retina MacBook Pro
(MacBookPro10,2). I have discovered that things work better when using
the b43 module instead of wl to drive the wireless:
sudo rmmod wl ; sudo modprobe b43

I can confirm segfaults after updating the kernel to 3.13.0-59 on
various 64 Bit machines. Its related to shelling out commands from 32
bit executables. In my case its a proprietary program, but its
reproducible with the following steps:

synchronized with Ubuntu Wily. Can you please test that the latest
version do fix this issue ?

Guys, I'm facing this problem just since I installed Ubuntu 15.04. The
laptop came with Windows 8 installed and this problem didn't exists
there. Everything seems to run just fine, but when I turn it off with
50% of battery for instance there is no energy after some hours and

and advise to the results?

Accepted nvidia-graphics-drivers-346 into trusty-proposed. The package
will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/nvidia-graphics-drivers-346/346.82-0ubuntu0.2 in a few hours, and then
in the -proposed repository.

Another weird workaround I discovered while investigating, just steam this way:
~user # strace -f -o/dev/null steam
It slow down UI, so it could be a race condition on steam client, though
it ran fine before upgrading ubuntu.
